PGNiG Upstream Norway AS is an oil and gas company located at Forus. The company was established in 2007 and has invested approximately NOK 14 billion on the NCS so far. In 2018, the Company had revenues exceeding 3,5 billion NOK.
PGNiG Upstream Norway AS currently owns shares in five producing fields on the NCS (Skarv, Morvin, Vilje, Vale and Gina Krog) and plans to develop three other fields in the upcoming years (Ærfugl, Skogul and Tommeliten Alpha). The remaining recoverable reserves of the Company as of 31. December 2018 amounts to 142 million barrels of oil equivalents.
In addition to these assets, the Company's portfolio includes nine exploration licenses on the NCS. In 2019, PGNiG Upstream Norway AS is planning to spud its first operated exploration well.
