Process & Utilities Commissioning Superintendent

Approximately 10-months contract role based in Singapore. Organisation Our client is the trusted industry name for the repair, conversion and upgrading of a diverse range of vessels, and a global leader in the conversion of Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO), Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) and Floating Storage and Re-gasification Units (FSRU), as well as the fabrication and installation of turrets and mooring systems, and topside process modules. Job description - To be kept informed of Contractual Company Requirements and international standards related to his area of responsibility, taking knowledge from them to application to the Project; - To follow-up the execution of Pre-commissioning and Commissioning in accordance with the principles of OPERCOM methodology; - To participate in the updates of commissioning reference documents, including (ICAPS) Pre-commissioning status index and the Commissioning technical database, the RFC and AOC dossiers, certification, punch list control, planning, and relevant deliverables for all Process and Utilities Systems; - To liaise with the Commissioning Discipline Leads (Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, and any others) to ensure that all Process and Utilities systems are fully covered, whether refurbished or newly installed; - To promote safety within the Commissioning activities and verify that safety procedures and permit to work systems are implemented; - To witness selected Pre-commissioning activities and to monitor that the Process and Utilities Systems have reached the Ready for Commissioning status with the associated punch list and certificate before proceeding with commissioning activities; - To perform selected Commissioning activities and to monitor that the Process and Utilities Systems have reached the Achievement of Commissioning status with the associated punch list; - To ensure that adequate preservation, interim operation and maintenance of Process and Utilities Equipment is executed as planned during and after the commissioning activities; - To ensure that adequate preservation, interim operation and maintenance of Process and Utilities Equipment is executed as planned during and after the commissioning activities; - To follow up/report Process and Utilities commissioning activities progress and punch list clearance; - To ensure optimal Vendor mobilization and planning for SAT and start-up of equipment; - To participate in the start-up activities as may be required; - To coordinate Field Operations training and Handover preparation. Requirements - Professional Experience (years): +/- 20-30; - Experience in similar position (years): +/- 10-15; - Level / Diploma: Engineer, or equivalent. Offer -          Status : Rotational 4 weeks on 4 weeks off (unpaid); -          Contract duration : Approximately 10 months contract; -          Location: Singapore assignment.
