Job description The Lead Shutdown Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the safe and effective management and delivery of all activities associated with the planning and execution logistics within the Site Shutdown.Primarily support the Shutdown Coordinator but will liaise with the broader organization and external stakeholders to coordinate Shutdown logistics ensuring seamless movement of materials and equipment to and from the warehouse and work sites.Plan and implement the event plot plan, mobilization and demobilization of contractors, coordinate field based waste management services and all other duties as listed below.The Shutdown Logistics Lead Coordinator shall be effective in building relationships, collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements - Over 5 years of Supervisory experience; - Industry related certificates or qualifications; - LNG or related industry shutdown logistics experience in a lead role; - Third Party Specialist Contractor Coordination and mobilization experience; - Proven Experience in SD site logistics coordination including materials, tools, equipment, waste management and onsite refuelling of temporary equipment.
