Job description - Development of inspection strategies for fixed equipment (On-stream inspection, Anomaly Handling, Corrosion under insulation, External Inspection) with the Lead Inspection Engineer; - Development of detailed inspection scopes based on RBI assessment and regulatory requirements; - Provide guidance on the regulation for pressure equipment inspection; - Raise deviations as per the Deviation Management Process; - Review RBI assessment on timely basis based on inspection and operation history; - Provide technical support and recommendations to the inspection execution team; - Support maintenance planners team in the levelling activities and implementation of inspection work scopes; - Lead workshops with maintenance to ensure maintenance activities defined by RBI are planned and executed; - Plan and execute improvement projects to the inspection program using new inspection technology; - Review RBI assessment on equipment affected by an approved process or operational changes (MOC); - Support development of corrosion management plans; - Visit site locations as required to support development and execution activities.
