Are you an highly skilled Administration Assistant with significant experience in the Oil & Gas industry? Our client is a major Oil & Gas Operator who are looking for a driven, independent & enthusiastic Administration Assistant.They offer outstanding compensation packages, a collaborative work environment and a balanced work-life company culture. 12 month contract role based in Longford, Victoria. 40 hour working week. Job description - Provides administrative support. Duties may include: typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail; - May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information; - Must be able to multi-task and prioritize; - Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving; - Manage, train and mentor other office staff, lead projects, handle confidential and sensitive data. Requirements - Oil and gas experience is preferred but not essential; - Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; - Working knowledge of MS Office  (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems; - Strong administrative coordination abilities; - Customer service experience.
