Our client, a major Oil & Gas Operator is looking for a confident, process driven Resourcing Advisor to join their HR team based in Perth. 12 month contract role working 40 hours per week. Job description End to end contractor recruitment & day to day management of contractor population in partnership with agencies, supply chain and accounts payable. Oversight of associated processes, systems and reporting. Provide general HR support to Managers for the support of their contractors, including any performance management requirements. Duties include: - Coordination of recruitment approval documents; - Preliminary resourcing strategy discussion with hiring manager; - Agency engagement for sourcing; - Short-listing of candidates with hiring manager; behavior based phone and face to face interviews, including the preparation of the interview materials; - Coordination and review of psychometric testing, pre-employment medicals, and reference checking; - Management of agency correspondence including associated administrative activities; - Assist and advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process; - Preparation of Letters of Assignment and related contractor setup documents; - Contract setup correspondence with agencies, supply chain, hiring managers; - Creation of new contractor files (electronic and hard copy); - Processing of paperwork for contractor rate reviews in accordance with the agency agreements; - Setup of contractor information in SAP; - Coordination of contractor inductions and IT system setup; - Coordination of contractor mobilisation, demobilisation, FIFO terms, allowances and relocations. Requirements - Minimum of 10 years recruitment experience with a minimum of 5 years in an internal recruitment capacity; - Previous experience of working within Oil & Gas/Resources or associated industries required; - Strong administrative experience, including document control, contract preparation and tracking; - Basic understanding of SAP is preferred.
