Duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for securing Company's goals in accordance with internal mandates in upstream commercial negotiation processes 
  • Coordinate the negotiation processes (organize meetings, align interest of partners, plan and control external resources, report internally and externally etc.)
  • Represent Company in external negotiations and license meetings
  • Take an active part in due-diligence process (review of business opportunities from commercial perspective) and provide input and advice to other departments
  • Provide support and advice to Commercial & BD Manager

Qualifications

  • Master degree in Engineering/Finance or Legal
  • In depth knowledge of the NCS oil & gas business
  • Minimum of five years of relevant industry experience (including experience from leading negotiation processes)
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Norwegian
  • Analytical and organization skills
  • Experience  with financial analysis is an advantage
