Lead Maintenance Engineer (f/m)

Your responsibilities:
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge and judgement to support stakeholders in terms of maintenance work management and implement enhanced solutions to significantly improve planning, execution and performance
  • Develop, implement and improve maintenance strategies
  • Lead development of standards and procedure and evaluate changes or deviations from standards and procedures
  • Lead company level audit and reviews
  • Able to carry out complex technical/professional assignments, tasks and projects with perfection and quality.
  • Single point of contact (SPOC) within some of the following maintenance & integrity topics such as
    • maintenance strategies development & execution,
    • CMMS (computerized maintenance management system)
    • corrosion & integrity management
    • turnaround planning
    • reliability improvement
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPI) and lead actively KPI reporting and related improvement measures.
  • Facilitate organizational learning through in-house training, benchmarking, knowledge sharing and dissemination of industry best practices.
Your profile:
  • University Masters Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
  • Over 10 years experience in different maintenance roles
  • Extensive knowledge in relevant key performance indicators
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant codes and standards (EN, API, ASME, ISO)
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills, German skills are of advantage
  • Excellent computer skills in SAP PM and MS Office
