Job Title: Senior Buyer
Location: London, UK
Looking for a Senior Buyer
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas major development projects responsible for major Mechanical Equipment packages / Rotating Equipment Packages purchases. Preference for Offshore Projects experience and knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and procedures
Familiar with issue of RFQ, Bid receipt and Evaluation together with strong knowledge of commercial terms and conditions with an understanding of assignment and novation practices.
Requirements
- Preferred degree level in Business Administration or a CIPS Certification
Must have previous experience with:
- vendor pre-qualification, preparation of bidder lists & procurement plans
- preparation of bid documents and enquiry issue
- commercial evaluation and bid conditioning
- pre contract negotiation
- preparation and issue of purchase orders / contracts
- post order administration
