Purpose of the Role/Primary Objective
To maximise sales through the placement of permanent and contract staff with clients reflecting the values of the Company
Recruitment & Candidate Attraction
To develop and maintain a portfolio of professional and suitable candidates in line with anticipated demand, ensuring compliance with any relevant laws and operating standards.
To match and exceed client and candidate expectations by offering a reliable, responsive permanent recruitment service
To develop and maintain a profitable client and candidate base through a proactive sales approach.
Act quickly on all candidate applications & leads
To prepare and facilitate the ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment ensuring an accurate and appropriate database to meet client needs
To ensure all job boards, CV databases, and social media are being utilised
To screen, interview and assess candidates in line with company standards, ensuring understanding of their job and career requirements
To proactively manage the candidate pipeline to ensure consistency
To proactively develop new business opportunities by identifying and developing relationships with existing and prospective clients
To proactively manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent performance.
To proactively promote candidates through candidate marketing calls.
To enhance the national and local sales initiatives by ensuring all appropriate leads are recorded for action
To obtain full job specifications and person specifications from clients maximising each opportunity for placement
To ensure all clients have signed contracts and that all rates are in line with Company expectations.
To proactively match candidates to vacancies
To arrange interviews, ensuring full candidate and client briefing and de-briefing within 24 hours of interview
To carry out post placement checks

Post-Secondary completed, University degree preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years experience placing technical personnel on either a contract or perm placement basis.
Preference for individuals that have worked with Engineering or Construction related disciplines, project based, oil and gas experience ideal.
Prior employment experience in roles involving sales, customer service, Human Resources, Engineering, Construction or similar will be additional assets.
$55,000-$60,000 per annum.
