Chief Process Engineer
This global engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor is seeking a Chief Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.

This international EPC are providers of technical, project and operational support services to their customers. Their services include the capability of the entire asset lifecycle: from identifying the opportunity to the operating phase. They are involved with new developments, supporting operating assets through delivering brownfield projects which maintain asset integrity and improve business performance
The Role
Amongst other duties the Chief of Engineering will be required to deputise for Group Manager. They will prepare responses to ITBs for Process Engineering to cover FEEDs, PMCs and EPC Projects. This includes preparation of narratives, manhour estimates at activity and deliverable level, MPPs for both Home Office and High Value centres. They will provide structured guidance and mentoring to graduate rotational engineers from within the Process Group and from engineering in general. Mentor Graduates through to Institution application for Chartered Engineer status.
Skills
You will need to be a Chartered Engineer
Be Fully conversant with HYSYS and understand how to manage projects using other Process Engineering systems.
Have a substantial amount of Process Engineering experience for the Oil & Gas Industry
Build strong client relationships and have business development experience
Aside from the technical abilities they must be able to strategically plan and lead change, enhance relationships, develop people and deliver results.
